If you can relate to this, then you are finally in the right place.
Even if you don’t, then stick around to see if any of this will be worth your while (it will).

For those who still remember the “Snowfield Rhapsody” moniker, and for those who are new as well, feel free to inundate yourself with the other posts I’ve written since opening this blog back in 2009-2010. That comes with a bit of a disclaimer though – for those that knew me before, I most certainly have changed since then. Only those who have known me before and still know me now can say how drastic that change has been.
Today, the blog will be re-appropriated for a greater purpose; and that purpose is to help those who have found themselves at a loss at how to live the best life that they can. Regardless of your social status, physical ailments, mental deficiencies, etc., I’m positive that my exploration into the ‘Five Realms of Human Existence’ can help you as long as you can read these words.
I have had Ex-D my whole life and I suffer from it daily.
I have always been aware of the signs, but it wasn’t until I read a random news article which mentioned this term where everything ‘clicked’. To know that something is ‘wrong’ and not know why you are ‘different’ absolutely sucks. To have all the questions, but have no one interested in truly answering you…kinda makes you pissed.
Then, just as the article says, your anger turns into depression.
I’m not a savior or anything of the sort so please remind me of that if I ever get preachy or assume a ‘high-horse’ position. I’m just Snowfield Rhapsody – a guy here to see if self-actualization is possible.
I have a theory that when the body (vessel) and soul work together, they can decide what kind of human they want to be. Understanding how to these two influence each other, and our own humanity, is the key to helping those with Ex-D; and in turn, helping anyone in the world who struggles with the questions “Who am I and who/what kind of person do I want to be?”.
And that theory starts with the Five Realms of Humanity:
I do not know where this journey will ultimately take us, but I do know that this is all done in pursuit of happiness.
